The experience
Begin your adventure with a pickup from your accommodation in Rovaniemi. Head to Santa Claus Village, where you’ll enjoy a short guided introduction and take part in the symbolic crossing of the Arctic Circle — the perfect photo opportunity.
From late November to February, meeting Santa can mean long queues, but your visit is pre-booked to the nearest time slot of your tour. After a short wait (usually around 30 minutes), step into Santa’s Office for a personal meeting.
Next, enjoy 2 hours of free time to explore Santa Claus Village at your own pace. From 6 December 2026 your visit includes tickets to Snowman World, with ice slides, snow sculptures and a magical winter playground. Before 6 December 2026 your visit includes a personal gift from Santa Claus.
Then take a short drive to SantaPark, an underground Christmas theme park where the magic continues. Spend 2–3 hours enjoying all included attractions: a family meeting with Santa, the Gingerbread Bakery, the Post Office and an Elf School Experience with your own Elf Diploma and Trainee Hat.
Take the magic train ride, make handicrafts in the Elf Workshop, and experience the underground crossing of the Arctic Circle. Explore the Toy Factory shopping area and Santa’s Corner Shop, take unlimited photos with Santa and the Elves, and finish with a virtual Christmas sleigh ride around the world. Afterwards, drive back to your accommodation.
